My name is Michael Bishop, and I've spent more than two decades helping organizations solve complex technology challenges.
Throughout my career I've worked in state government, healthcare, managed services, manufacturing, maritime, energy, construction, and enterprise environments. Today I serve as Director of IT Infrastructure for a multi-company organization supporting thousands of users across multiple states.
I founded Total Technology Systems because I believe businesses deserve experienced IT leadership—not sales pitches, unnecessary complexity, or support teams reading from scripts.
